Thursday, November 20 is the 2014 National Great American Smoke-Out – a day for tobacco users across the U.S. to commit to being smoke-free for one day. By quitting — even for one day — smokers will be taking an important step towards a healthier life. If you use cigarettes, cigars or chew the Canli Coalition of CRST is challenging you to go just one day without using commercial tobacco by taking their “Smoke-Free for a Day” pledge.
