Memorial services for Bentley James Bahr, 21 months old, of Black Hawk, were held Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Calvary Baptist Church in Aberdeen, with Pastors Enno Limvere and Randy Battey officiating. Burial was at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Aberdeen. Bentley died Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Bentley James Bahr was born on July 8, 2013 at Aberdeen to Ashley Jean Bahr and Taylor Robert Bailly. He loved playing with his toys, especially with balls, he also enjoyed four wheelers, dirt bikes and reading books. He was a very content, happy and lovable little boy. He loved hugging and giving kisses, especially to his cousin Sadie. He will be greatly missed by his parents, grandparents and all those who loved him. Grateful for having shared Bentley’s life are his mother, Ashley Jean Bahr; father, Taylor Robert Bailly; grandparents— Peggy and Russ Beadle of Mina, Kenn Bailly of Mina, and Dean and Tammy Bahr of Timber Lake; great-grandparents— Robert and Vivian Bailly, Joyce Osness, and Jim and Beverly Beadle; great-great-grandmothers, Anna Beadle and Eva Mae Eldeen; several uncles, aunts, great-uncles, great-aunts and cousins. Bentley is preceded in death by his grandmother, Janine Bailly; and great-grandparents, Bob Osness, Sr., Arthur and Jeanne Bahr, and Daryl and Jean Hofeman.
