Stand Up program to be explained Thursday

Two local meetings will be held this week to discuss Project Stand Up —a statewide anonymous texting program that allows citizens to report drug crimes in their communities.

The meetings will be held on Thursday, June 22 at 5 p.m. in the Timber Lake School Theater and at 7 p.m. in the Cheyenne-Eagle Butte School Auditorium.

Project Stand Up is a coordinated effort amongst law enforcement officials and healthcare providers to combat illegal drug use.
