Timber Lake cruises in Newell, is 3-0 to start season

For a third straight week, the Timber Lake Panthers scored 50 points in a big 9-man football victory as TLHS beat the Newell Irrigators 50-0 at Newell on Friday. After racking up 30 points in the first quarter and 20 points in the second period, the game was ended at halftime.

The Panthers amassed 401 yards of total offense while holding Newell to 90 yards. Junior back Tucker Kraft had another impressive outing with 135 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns. Jackson Harrison posted 102 rushing yards and 1 TD. Isaac Kraft had a 56 yard reception off the arm of Ty Ducheneaux and went 56 yards to a score. Ducheneaux was 4/4 passing for 95 yards and 1 TD. Senior Sam Bad Warrior, who is having a top-tier season as a two-way lineman, got in on the fun with a 2-yard TD run as well.
