Q & A with Jess Schlosser

Election isTuesday

Two candidates — Jess Schlosser and Tim Gunderson — are running for a one-year term on the new Timber Lake Town Board in the election to be held next Tuesday, April 9.

The five-member town board replaces the mayor and six-member council after city voters approved the change in the form of municipal government in a special election last fall.

The polls will be open at the Timber Lake Community Center from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The official election notice and sample ballot are on page 13 of this issue.

Unopposed for three of the four other seats are Tom Hermes, Josh Lemburg and Mike LaCompte.

Editor’s note: The two candidates for Timber Lake Town Board were given identical questions. Tim Gunderson responded in a telephone interview. Jess Schlosser submitted written answers via email.
