Little Moreau Conference track meet

Timber Lake had a big day at the Little Moreau Conference track meet May 10 in Lemmon, including team championships for varsity boys and juior high girls. The junior high boys placed second and varsity girls were fourth. Senior Kuper Heck was one of many Panthers who won an individual event, as he made the 800 meters in 2:02.21. This time was a personal record, and also best for tops in Class B so far this season. Additionally, Heck’s mark broke the Timber Lake school record in the event, held by Deb Ducheneaux since 1993, and prequalified for state in the 800m.
