Thirteen different players scored for Timber Lake as the Panthers cruised past the winless Bison Cardinals 64-14 in boys basketball action Monday night. The win lifts Timber Lake to 6-2 on the season while Bison fell to 0-6.

The Panthers played host to Sully Buttes in the boys home opener on Tuesday and are then off until Feb. 4 when they host Dupree leading up to the Little Moreau Conference tournament Feb. 6-8.

Timber Lake put Monday’s contest away early, running out to a 28-5 lead in the first quarter, led by Isaac and Hank Kraft with six points each. The Panthers held the struggling Cardinals to just nine points in the second half, including a scoreless second quarter, and Timber Lake controlled 41-5 and 56-9 at the end of the third stanza.
