Applications opened online Tuesday for South Dakota’s Small Business and Healthcare Provider Relief Program, which will utilize up to $580 million in federal Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) dollars to assist small businesses, healthcare providers, and nonprofits negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
