Rounds, Thune introduce legislation to create Congressional Charter for NAIV

Two U.S. senators from South Dakota last week introduced legislation to create a Congressional Charter for the National American Indian Veterans (NAIV). Headquartered on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation, the NAIV is a nonprofit organization formed in 2004 and dedicated to advocating for tribal veterans.
