Stewart L. “Stew” Swan, 59, of White Horse entered the Spirit World on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at White Horse.
Stew is survived by his mother, Faye Rousseau of White Horse; two sons, Tate Swan of Minneapolis, MN and Clint Sargent (Tyler) of Eagle Butte; brothers Donald (Colleen) Swan, Francis Rousseau, Jr. and Lawrence Rousseau, all of White Horse; sisters Rhonda Swan of Timber Lake, Lisa (Shawn) Bambas of Lake Andes, Elaine (Nelson) Little Bear of Little Eagle, and Debbie Rousseau (Todd) of Bullhead; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A remembrance gathering and meal, with Richard Miner Mound officiating, was held March 23, 2024 at the White Horse Community Center. Burial of Stew’s cremains were at the On The Tree Cemetery.
