Sentenced to one year in the penitentiary with 37 days credit allowed on the following conditions: Reimburse county for court-appointed attorney fees of $1760.55, pay costs of $2607.99, and abide by rules of the Parole Board and the Department of Corrections while on parole and the suspended sentence supervision. Other charges were dismissed.

Ingest intoxicant other than alcoholic beverage, possession of a controlled substance in Schedules I or II, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Pled guilty to ingest intoxicant other than alcoholic beverage. Sentenced to pay fine and costs of $744.80, violate no laws for one year, and pay costs for blood testing, $255.20. Other charges were dismissed.
