Aberle hands off State’s Attorney duties to Penfield

Penfield represents four counties, seven cities

    Attorney Shane Penfield of Lemmon is working out the details of his traveling schedule after being appointed State’s Attorney by the Dewey County Commission on September 22. Penfield is also State’s Attorney for Corson, Perkins and Ziebach counties and city attorney for Lemmon, Timber Lake, Bison, Dupree, McIntosh, Faith and McLaughlin.
