Arguments heard in federal suit over Kenel Road washout deaths

A federal judge heard oral arguments last Wednesday, Jan. 19, on a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed in relation to a 2019 road washout on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation that killed two and injured two others.
