With the official count from the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe’s August 9 primary election complete, the stage is set for the general election on November 8.
The top two candidates for chairman are Ryman LeBeau and incumbent Harold Frazier, who moved ahead of Gary Cudmore from last week’s unofficial count. The official count includes affidavit and absentee ballots.
