8 oz. cream cheese
Mix all together and put half in bottom of cake pan. Bake 10 minutes.
1/3 C. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Mix.
Put 2 small cans drained peaches on top of baked crust. On top of peaches, pour cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining boxed cake - crumble if needed. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with cool whip.
