Industrial hemp will be the subject of a meeting to be held Saturday, April 9 at Eagle Butte. Guest speakers will include Alex White Plume of Pine Ridge, who was instrumental in the effort to get industrial hemp legalized, and a representative of the USDA, who will explain programs that the crop can qualify for.
