Water, or lack of it, became the main topic of discussion at the Isabel Board of Trustees meeting last Tuesday, Dec. 12.
The board directed employees Robert Martin and Char Boysen to inspect all hydrants to determine how many do not have valves after a hydrant in Block 19 was repaired but crews were unable to locate a valve.
