Fifty dolls, all created by hand by Mary Dorsey in recognition of Isabel’s Golden Jubilee in 1986, are currently on display in the Isabel Community Center after being in storage for decades. Dorsey actually made two of each doll with one of each pair auctioned during the Jubilee celebration.
Isabel Jubilee dolls on display
In 1986, Isabel celebrated its Diamond Jubilee. As a part of the celebration, Mary Dorsey made 50 dolls. They are now on display at the Isabel Community Center for people to enjoy.
