The town of Isabel is restricting the hours the community landfill is open after dealing with two dumpster fires in the past month, both showing evidence of being started intentionally.
The landfill will only be open under supervision from 1-3 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays. Anyone dumping materials at the site will be required to complete and sign a form detailing what is being dumped. In addition…
