Judge allows DAPL to continue operating during Corps review

A federal judge on Friday, May 21 ruled that the Dakota Access oil pipeline may continue operating while the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers conducts an extensive environmental review.

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg said the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe had not demonstrated “a likelihood of irreparable injury” from the pipeline’s continued operation.
