    Livestock assessment values recommended

    Assessment values on livestock were discussed by the South Dakota Stockgrowers Association and Department of Revenue in Pierre recently. Out of that meeting, came the recommendation that livestock be assessed at 37.5% of full and true value.

    The recommendations are on an advisory basis, according to the Stockgrowers Association.…
