New bridge at White Horse

A million dollar project is underway east of White Horse, where Swingen Construction is replacing a bridge over White Horse Creek on Dewey County Road 22. The Grand Forks, ND firm had the low bid of $1,040,000, most of which is coming from federal funds. The county’s cost share is expected to be about $228,000, including testing and inspection costs.
