TLI Publishing, Inc. has announced the sale of minority shareholder Robert Slocum’s stock in the business to Kathy Nelson, who becomes the sole/majority shareholder.
TLI was formed in 2016 when Slocum, with the Isabel Dakotan, and Nelson, with the Timber Lake Topic, combined their respective publications.
