There will be one contest this year for a position on the Moreau-Grand Electric board of directors. In District 3, petitions have been filed by the incumbent, Kelly Landis of rural Mobridge (Promise) and challenger Warren LeBeau of rural Gettysburg.
Two other incumbents, Ryan Maher of District 2 and Kerry McLellan of District 5, are unopposed.
The election will be held at the annual meeting on Wednesday, October 14 at the Community Center in Timber Lake.
