Teri Gayer moving on after 34 years in outdoor ministry
Klein Ranch and NeSoDak director
Teri Gayer, longtime director at two Lutherans Outdoors camps, is leaving that ministry but is staying on as Vicar at United Parish in Timber Lake and UCC in Isabel (which comprise the Prairie Parish). She was honored at a special program July 22-23, which was also the 50th anniversary of Klein Ranch.
After 34 years spent in service to the Lutherans Outdoor camps, NeSoDak and Klein Ranch, Teri Gayer has decided it is time to retire from her role as director. She is leaving big shoes for her successor to fill. Over the last several decades, Teri has touched many lives in her roles both as staff and as director and was happy to share some of the experiences and insights she’s gained.
