Meeting on Monday night, the Timber Lake City Board voted to hire Shane Penfield as city attorney, replacing Cheryl Bogue. Penfield, of Lemmon, has been Perkins County State’s Attorney since 2008 and is also attorney for the cities of Lemmon, Bison, McIntosh, McLaughlin and Faith as well as Corson County.
