Tobi speaks to SDPOA

Tobi Hintz, 2020 Miss South Dakota High School Rodeo, a sophomore at Timber Lake High School, was honored to be invited to the 2020 South Dakota Peace Officers Association banquet in Pierre on Sunday, September 20, where she spoke about her trip to the National High School Rodeo Finals in Guthrie OK.
