Richard Todd Steele, 42, McLaughlin, has been acquitted of three federal charges. He was indicted by a federal grand jury in September of 2021 for assault with a dangerous weapon, assault resulting in serious bodily injury, and threatening a federal law enforcement officer.
The charges related to an alleged incident that occurred on June 13, 2021, in Corson County.
