Cherry Creek man sentenced on sex abuse indictment

A 27-year-old Cherry Creek man was sentenced last Tuesday, April 24, in U.S. District Court after pleading guilty in January of abusive sexual contact.Pacer Hayes was indicted by a federal grand jury in February 2024.
