Rounds’ staffer to visit Timber Lake on Thursday, April 3

Staff from the office of U.S. Senator Mike Rounds (R-SD) will be conducting outreach in Timber Lake to assist residents with any issues they may have with federal agencies. G.P. Carmichael will be at the Dewey County Courthouse from 2-3 p.m. MT on Thursday, April 3.

The Northwest Area Schools Spelling Bee was held March 19 in Faith.

Search continues for missing Standing Rock member

Volunteers spent time on both sides of the Missouri River in Bismarck and Mandan, ND, last weekend looking for a young man who hasn’t been seen in days.Searchers were out once again on Saturday and Sunday to try and find Renzo Bullhead.

C-EB’s Lawrence named Big Dakota All-Conference

Cheyenne-Eagle Butte’s Easton Lawrence was named to the Big Dakota Conference boys basketball team while three teammates received honorable mention.Besides Lawrence, honors went to Dayston Kennedy, Nehemiah Veaux and Damien Clown.
