On April 16, the Dupree High School held their annual National Honor Society induction. There were thirteen new members welcomed into the organization at the ceremony that President Braydon Terveen Smith presided over and Mrs. De La Rosa and Mrs. Sheridan advised.

The annual Dewey County 4-H Easter Egg Hunt drew a lively crowd on Saturday morning at the courthouse lawn. All the kids gathered plastic eggs filled with treats, and six lucky ones had their names drawn for the door prizes.

TL School Board deals with personnel, policies

The Timber Lake School Board made several personnel moves and updated some policies during its regular monthly meeting last Wednesday, April 16, including transferring Danae Paxton from her elementary principal position to a one-year Preschool teaching position.
