Dupree man gets 3 years probation for on weapon charge

A 38-year-old Dupree man convicted in federal court of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person was sentenced on Dec.16 to probation, despite prior convictions.William Vandervier was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Eric C.
