Medicaid expansion on November 8 ballot

One of the questions on South Dakota’s November 8 general election ballot will be whether to expand Medicaid to cover more low income people. If voters approve, South Dakota will join 38 states already in the program, making more families and individuals eligible by changing the income guidelines.
