Isabel Craft Fair

In spite of icy roads, a good turnout was reported at the Isabel Christmas Craft Fair on Sunday. Among the vendors displaying wares for sale were Lashea Bickel of Trail City and Megan Hulm of Glad Valley.

Hearing set in lawsuit over Kenel Road deaths

A hearing has been set in a lawsuit over a 2019 road washout on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation that left two people dead and two others seriously injured. The families of Trudy Peterson and Jim Vander Wal, both of Mobridge, filed the lawsuit against the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) in April.
