Veterans Day program at DHS

The Dupree School will present a Veteran’s Day Program at 1:30 p.m. in the new gym on Thursday, Nov. 11. The community is welcome to attend.

Vincent Goodsell from Rapid City arrived on Wednesday to help Frank and Ruth Holzer work cattle. He stayed until Thursday and then he went home. Also on Thursday, Monica, Holden, and Hayle Goodsell from Spearfish came to help Frank and Ruth combine corn until Sunday.

Knights of Columbus restore cemetery at Bridger

Members of the Knights of Columbus Council 6537 of Faith, Dupree and Eagle Butte recently spent a day installing headstones on unmarked graves at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Bridger.

UCC Harvest Festival is Sunday

The Dupree United Church of Christ will hold its annual Harvest Festival and Sale on Sunday, November 7 at Pioneer Hall in Dupree. A roast beef dinner with all the fixings will be served from 11:30 to 12:30.
