The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe hosted its annual Labor Day Wacipi Aug. 30-Sept. 1 in conjunction with the CRST Fair and Rodeo. After a rainy start, organizers moved the event indoors to the C-EB School gymnasium. The Pow Wow returned the new arbor on Labor Day.
