Kraft selected to receive Packers 2025 Community Service Award

Timber Lake native and Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft was named the recipient of the team’s 2025 Community Service Award at the annual Green Bay Chamber of Commerce “Welcome Back Packers” luncheon last Friday, Aug. 22.

McLaughlin man gets 31 years for sexual abuse of child

A 67-year-old McLaughlin man has been sentenced to serve more than 31 years in federal prison after being convicted of aggravated sexual abuse of a three-year-old child.Kurtis Charles Cross was sentenced in U.S. District Court last Monday, Aug.
