Isabel’s Rope Roghair captured two championships at the South Dakota High School Rodeo Association’s Northwest Regional Rodeo held Saturday and Sunday, June 8-9, in Dupree.
The rodeo was the final opportunity for competitors to punch their ticket to the State HS Rodeo Finals this weekend in Ft. Pierre.
