Lonnie L. Long passed away April 8, 2025 at his home in Fremont, CA due to complications from Parkinson’s.
He served four years in the Navy during the Vietnam war, and was a hard working family man.
Lonnie is survived by his two sons, Tighe (Malia) Long and Casey (Sara) Long; grandchildren Ellouise and Louis; and sister Tami (Dan) Osborne.
Lonnie was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Long, mother Alice Odden (Traversie), and father Dean Long.
Lonnie and Barbara will be placed together in the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery at Santa Nella, CA. No formal services will be held.
