Area competitors place at State 4-H Rodeo final

    Nearly two dozen area youth competed at the South Dakota 4-H Finals Rodeo in Ft. Pierre Aug. 15-17. While none of them came away with state titles, many fared well and earned Top 15 placements in the standings: Sr. Boys Saddle Bronc - 1. Cruz Birkeland, Dupree; 6. Traden Meeks, Lantry; 9. Easton Eisemann, Glenham; 14. Cooper Schuelke, Faith.
