Multiple departments respond to grass fire on Perkins Co. line

Multiple fire departments responded last Thursday afternoon, Feb. 26, to a sizeable grass fire west of Isabel along the Perkins County line that was fueled by gusting winds.
Isabel Fire Chief Patrick Bridges said the fire was initially reported about 3:30 p.m. and the Isabel Fire Department was dispatched about 4:15 to assist.
