A 29-year-old Eagle Butte man has been sentenced to prison after being convicted of assault resulting in serious bodily injury. The sentencing took place on July 13.
Trevin Antonio was sentenced to three years and six months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
