Vern Long (in white jersey) celebrated his tenth birthday at a packed-house Gypsy Days game at NSU in Aberdeen on September 26. The highlight of the day for Vern and his friends was getting to see Hank Kraft (in maroon jersey) after the game and have his #21 jersey autographed. “Hank the Tank” made two touchdowns as the NSU Wolves defeated University of Mary 24-17. L-R are Jackson Quaschnick, Hank Anderson, Vern Long, Ryder Spiel, Landon McComsey, Barrett Hermes, and Oliver McComsey.
