President appoints CRST member to head USDA Office of Tribal Relations

A Rapid City attorney and member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe has been chosen by President Joe Biden to serve as director of the Office of Tribal Relations (OTR) at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
