The Dewey County Commission, at its August 10 regular meeting, passed a resolution authorizing four package liquor licenses outside city limits and set the annual fee at $1500 each, contingent upon each applicant’s approval by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. The new off-sale licenses for counties were authorized by the S.D. Legislature.
