The Dupree Volunteer Fire Department has been awarded a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) as part of its investment of $222 million to build and improve critical community facilities.
The $33,600 grant will be used to purchase an F-350 cab and chassis with grill guard. The new truck will replace an aging 1984 unit currently in the Dupree Fire Dept. fleet.
