On Tuesday, January 11, the morning after the Timber Lake City Board’s regular meeting, word was received that its application for a $770,000 Community Development Block Grant had been approved. The funds are for the city’s water system improvement project. The application to the Dept. of Ag and Natural Resources for an additional $3.1 million is pending.
