School lunches often get a bad rap. While schools strive to provide healthy meals to students, kids will tell you that sometimes those meals just don’t taste very good.
Thanks to a new program aimed at connecting local beef and buffalo producers with schools on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation, lunch for students and staff at the Timber Lake School just got better.
