  • Members of the Gene Gelino American Legion Post were presented with a birthday cake last Tuesday to mark the post’s birthday. The cake, decorated in red, white, and blue, was baked by the Past Presidents of the American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed by the veterans at their meeting.     Bob and Tim Dreis of the Meadow area were recent business callers in Isabel. Tim is a student at the School of Mines in Rapid City.

    Bob Munyon’s crawler has been a handy machine to move snow here in Isabel. Another handy outfit is John Boldt’s tractor-mounted snow blower.
