We were back in Pierre on March 28 for veto day. The Governor had vetoed three bills and we failed to override her vetoes.
The only bill that was really was talked about was HB 1281. This bill would have put into effect that any new COVID or infrastructure money for any NEW programs to come down from the Federal Government would have to be voted on by at least the Joint Committee on Appropriations.…
